The Covid-19 pandemia forces firms and staff to change organization and way of working, in order minimise person to person interaction. Balea fully complies with government’s recommendations and has implemented since Tuesday 17th of March massive home office within its teams when possible. The purpose is to ensure continuity of service under the best possible conditions.
In order to ensure continuity in our services with minimum of disruption, Balea’s team sets up a temporary new organization.
The following activities continues with your usual speaking partners:
- Technical and IT support
- Technical studies, quotes, and orders
- Administrative activities
- Our sales department remains at your disposal for any questions relating to our solutions and services or for your projects follow up.
Physical meetings are no longer possible with these new measures, but we can then consider telephone calls or visio conferences when necessary.
Be sure that BALEA’s team remain fully mobilised for its services continuity in the best conditions and working hard to adapt to this force majeure situation.
