SPHINX™ - In motion weighing with volume calculation & identification

Check your incoming and outgoing products with a quality BALEA solution.

SPHINX™ solution is a combination of a computerized check-weigher with a volume calculation system and a barcode verification system (1D or 2D). Due to the integrated computer, this solution is completely adaptable; it is the solution for transport or logistic applications to varify incoming or outgoing products (legal for trade applications; quality inspections).

SPHINX™ integrates an in-feed conveyor for carton spacing, a check-weigher with supporting frame for a multi-dimensional measurement instrument, barcode scanner and an out-feed conveyor. SPHINX ™ is designed to be used as a stand-alone solution which simplifies its integration into existing conveyor lines. This saves time and money during installation. The computer end-user interface is mounted onto a rotating support which allows it to be utilised on either side of the conveyor.

All types of communication modes are possible between the SPHINX ™ and the ERP/WMS of our customer.
