Our specialty is smart picking.
But our solution goes much further: it covers your entire order picking process, from the arrival of stock in the warehouse to dispatch and truck loading.
At the heart of our range, the Balea Shopeur embodies this vision: a smart picking cart that reconciles two goals long considered incompatible, maximum productivity and zero errors. Around it, a comprehensive range (Balea Pickeur, Balea Station, Handling, Cosmic…) covers the entire chain and integrates seamlessly with third-party solutions to create an optimal ecosystem.
Our solutions can be deployed as a comprehensive system driven by Solea WES, or as a building block that integrates into your existing ecosystem (WMS, ERP, third-party equipment and systems) to enhance it and optimize all workflows. You choose the level of integration; we ensure the performance.

Designed, developed, and manufactured in France
Both our hardware and software are entirely developed internally, in our design offices and factories in the south of France. This end-to-end mastery (mechanics, electronics, software, artificial intelligence) is a deliberate choice: one of agility, industrial quality, and reliability.
As a member of the ‘French Fab’, Balea manufactures with a strong commitment to sustainability and certified quality standards.
Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified, and our welding expertise is ISO 3834-2 certified. For the manufacture and repair of regulated weighing instruments, we hold two certifications issued by the LNE (French National Laboratory of Metrology and Testing), guaranteeing legally compliant precision.
Our environmental and social commitment is evaluated by independent third parties: a Bronze EcoVadis medal for our overall CSR performance, and a B score from the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) for our climate and carbon action.
